ETC LED Relamp
The return on investment for LED's has shrunk significantly and is made very apparent after rewiring and relamping all 168 fixtures in this office space. We removed the old ballasts and rewired the lights directly. After 1 year and 3 months, the LED's will have saved more money than the installation cost. After the life of the fixture it will have saved my client over $100,000 in energy cost.

Tatham House Repairs
This beautiful Victorian style house had been renovated, but the contractors opted to paint over their problems to save cost. After 4 years, the paint had worn off and serious problems began to surface. We helped to uncover and diagnose the problems at the source, then we built it right. This gave our clients peace of mind while enhancing the charm of this breathtaking home.
Bledsoe Refrigerator Repair
When a part of your appliance goes out it's easy to learn how to live without it. In this case, they had been making do without an operable ice maker for over 6 months. While I was repairing other items in their house, they asked if I could take a look. Once the part shipped, we installed it the same day and they were back to having cool and refreshing drinks just in time for the hot summer heat.
